Easy Tai Chi with Bob Wolfe

Easy Tai Chi blends a simple medical Qigong technique with carefully chosen Tai Chi exercises that can done in bed, while seated, in a stationary standing position, or combined with Tai Chi walking. Help yourself manage stress and pain, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep, mood, balance, and stamina.

Tuesdays 9- 10 am

A. September 24- October 22

B. November 5- December 3 (no 11/27)

C. December 17- January 21 (no 12/24)

Registration begins August 27, 2019. Class size is limited.

 

The cost of the class is 91.00$. However, if you are a resident (you receive the West Shore rec guide), you have a discounted rate of 70.00$.
